Overview — What is Trezor® login?

Trezor® login refers to the process of accessing your hardware wallet and its management interface. You interact with your device using the official entry point trezor.io/start which guides you to the Trezor Suite App (desktop/web) or to web-based flows that use the Trezor Bridge to communicate with the hardware. Trezor® itself never stores your seed online — login is local, verified on the device.

Trezor Suite & Trezor Bridge

Download the Trezor Suite app for desktop from the official site (use trezor.io/start). Suite is the modern wallet app for sending, receiving and managing accounts. Trezor Bridge is a small system service that allows your browser or Suite to talk to the Trezor® hardware over USB. If Suite or web flows can't detect your device, reinstalling the Bridge often resolves connection issues.

Troubleshooting common Trezor login issues

  • “Trezor login not working”: ensure your device firmware is up-to-date and use the official trezor.io/start link.
  • “Unable to login / Can't verify wallet”: check USB cable (data-capable), confirm Bridge is installed, try a different port or a different computer.
  • Error connecting Trezor account: disable browser extensions that block WebUSB, or use the Trezor Suite desktop app which bypasses many browser issues.
  • Trezor Suite App not working: clear Suite cache or reinstall Suite; check system permissions.

Account recovery & 2FA

If you lose access to your Trezor® device, recover accounts using your 12/18/24-word recovery seed on a compatible device or recovery tool that you trust. Trezor® does not host your seed — physical possession of that seed is the key. For services using Trezor® plus a 2FA layer, contact the service provider for 2FA reset flows; Trezor® hardware itself does not manage online 2FA tokens unless you set them up in Suite.
